Activity bar showing 0%

Why does every now and then activity bar shows 0% and too for certain members?Nothing important though just asking for curiosity.

Now its showing 99%.

I happened to me yesterday, when my points showed "0". Found it back to normal after some time.

Seems like a issue with the plugin.
